You’re not broken

You're a high-performing musician, singer, actor, or artist. Somewhere along the way, your art stopped feeling like yours.

I offer multi-dimensional, individualized coaching for elite musicians, singers, actors, and artists who've lost the joy in their work.

Burnout, anxiety, and disconnection don't have to be the end of your story. I help you find your way back to it — and to yourself.

“You have to stop stabbing swords into your heart.”

I was there. I lived it.

Eleven years old to thirty-one. From a small-town band room to some of the most elite conservatories and stages in the country. I studied with legendary teachers who pushed me past what I thought I could handle. I won the competitions. I went to the festivals. I got the seats. I played the rep. I had the gigs. The whole bit.

And I was exhausted in a way I couldn't name.

The clarinet was supposed to be what made me special. It was the one place I felt untouchable. So I held on — past the point where it was serving me, past the point where it was serving the music.

Here's what no one tells you in that world: you can be extraordinary at something and still need to walk away. You can love music and hate what it asks of you. Both of those things can be true. But for a while… I had been pulled towards being a therapist. I was always fascinated by psychology. It was simultaneous and authentic, but devastating.

I went back to school. I became a therapist. I started working with people who were drowning in the exact same silence I lived in — high-performing artists who were brilliant at their craft and completely burned out, who had been told to deal with it so many times they stopped believing anyone could actually help.

And I realized: I wasn't just healing from the inside out. I was building something. I found my true calling in life.

So… I’m back on stage. I’ve returned to music. Never expected it to turn out this way, and I couldn’t be happier.
